1. Service Description

PTA School Fee Reminder (“We”, “Our”) provides automated WhatsApp, SMS, and payment link services to help schools collect fees faster.

2. School Responsibilities

• You own all student and parent data. You must have consent to message parents.
• You are responsible for the fee amounts and due dates you enter.
• The setup fee is non-refundable. Subscriptions are charged per term.

3. Payments

We use Paystack to process payments. Paystack fees of 1.5% are paid by the parent. We never store card details.

4. Liability

We are not liable for failed payments due to bank or network issues. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid to us in the last three months.

5. Termination

We may suspend service for non-payment or abuse. You can cancel at any time before a new term begins.
